Philip Bundy is a Senior Employment Law Adviser at the Local Government Association, with responsibility for advising on employment law and HR policy issues. 

Mae Wilson is HR and OD Officer at Doncaster Council, one of the first organisations to report on the gender pay gap in the public sector.
